Information you choose to send

When you use the Contact or Plan a Visit form, you may provide your name, email address, optional mobile number, and a message. We use that information only to respond to you, answer your question, provide visit details when requested, or continue a pastoral conversation you asked us to have.

Basic technical information

Our web server and hosting provider may record routine technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and requested pages in ordinary server logs. The forms also use an essential short-lived session mechanism for basic abuse protection. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics on this site.

How information is shared

Living Way does not sell personal information or share it for advertising or marketing. Information may be processed by our web-hosting and email providers only as needed to operate the website and deliver messages. We may also disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect someone from a serious and immediate threat.

How long we keep messages

Messages may be retained as long as reasonably useful for responding, pastoral follow-up, visit planning, or ordinary church administration. You may ask us to delete correspondence that is no longer needed, subject to any legal or safeguarding reason that requires retention.

The gathering address

Living Way is a public church gathering in a private residence. We do not publish the precise household address in page content, metadata, maps, structured data, or the sitemap. When a visitor needs the address, it is shared directly after contact.

Your choices

You may contact us directly by email instead of using a web form. You may also ask what personal information you have sent us, request a correction, or ask us to delete it when appropriate.
